Project leads requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Proven project management experience 
• Technical knowledge of construction methods and building codes 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Variety of tools and equipment knowledge
• Required to carry out practical tasks alongside your team
• Responsible for the work carried out by your team

 Leading and supervising a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other professionals.

Providing direction, inspiration, and motivation to team members

Identifying and analyzing problems, developing solutions, and implementing them

Implementing quality control procedures to ensure project meets required standards.

Promoting and facilitating communication with team members

Pay starting at $25 per hour (Truck, Tools, and 5 years verifiable experience)

Carpenter Opportunities

Looking for Carpenters to join our Tribe.

Carpenters cut, measure and shape lumber using miscellaneous saws and tools.

Working from a master plan, we build to customer satisfaction.

Work involves mastering a wide variety of hand and power tools

Must have the desire to learn and maintain a teachable attitude

Take direction and be able to help problem solve

Must have reliable transportation, clean driving record

Must have tools

Must be detail-oriented and organized.

Must provide 3 professional references.

Testing of skills may be required prior to hiring.

Pay starting at $20 per hour (2 years verifiable experience)

Laborer Opportunities

As a laborer you will learn and preform all labor job duties necessary to complete the project; digging, measuring, leveling, lifting heavy objects, and building numerous types of structures. Assisting tradesmen on construction project such as carpenters, demolition experts, drywallers, Electricians, Plumbers, etc.

• Meeting company productivity and quality standards
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Maintains clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Heavy debris removal
• Demolition
• Loading and unloading materials
• Must be willing to dig or trench

Pay $16.50 + per hour No experience necessary
